These two ‘Wave Sprite’ class boats were built to support marina pontoon installation work. Chosen for their exceptional stability and ease of access these small catamaran boats, based upon the popular Alnmaritec Twin Trak hull form, are fitted with a powerful outboard and towing bollards to be allow them to be able to position pontoon sections afloat. They are extremely robust to withstand the inevitable contacts that they will be subject to and they are readily launched and recovered either by crane or trailer which makes them ideal harbour and marina runabouts.

- This unusual boat is one of the Alnmaritec Wave Modular class of pontoon catamarans and she can be disassembled and fitted completely within two standard 40 ft containers for transport world wide. She can carry a payload of 17 tonnes and can reach speeds of 10 knots with her twin outboards which are fitted on electrically operated slides to move up and down according to the boat’s draft. She is also fitted with a twin ballast tank system to allow for operation with different payload conditions. She has a bolted wheelhouse shelter with the engine controls, VHF and light switches and she has removable hand rails all round to allow for ease of access. She has twin full length skegs on her hull bottom to allow for beaching and these are fitted with HDPE sheet to facilitate sliding the pontoons in and out of the containers. Her design is optimised around rapid assembly with the bare minimum of mechanical assistance (a fork lift) which makes her an ideal tool for her role in support of shallow water trenching operations in remote parts of the world.

2 x Ultrajet 410 waterjets - This larger version of the successful ‘Wave Provider’ class from Alnmaritec is a real brute of a boat and a genuine workhorse. She is designed to ferry cargo and personnel in and around the harbours to ships at anchor and to support diving and underwater hull cleaning operations. She joins a fleet of four other Alnmaritec vessels in Gibraltar and Algeciras where this particular model has proved highly popular amongst port and harbour operators. She has a huge working deck area serviced by a 9 tonne metre hydraulic knuckle boom crane with a dive ladder and access gates whilst internally she has seating for 12 passengers, a WC and a small galley in the lower wheelhouse and helm/crew seating in the raised control station. She has Scania DI6 engines coupled to Ultra dynamics waterjets which give her exceptional manoeuvrability for operating in and around confined spaces and she would make a powerful addition to any fleet.

2 x 4 bladed propellers with nozzles - This version of the ‘Wave Worker’ class from Alnmaritec is tailor made to meet the unique operations requirements for it’s role as a maintenance support platform in the Port of Esbjerg in Northern Denmark. Her roles will include dive support, hydrographic survey, maintenance of buoys and navigation mark and piling repairs. She is fitted with two 9m ‘spud poles’ to allow her to precisely locate herself on the sea bed and she carries a 6.5 tonne metre hydraulic knuckle boom crane. She has a large working deck fully protected with wood sheathing with tie downs for a container with two moon pools and a dive ladder. Her compact wheelhouse is resiliently to provide a comfortable working environment for the crew. She is very stable and highly manoeuvrable and will provide a robust and versatile work platform within the port.

This is the second in class of the new Wave Hauler series from Alnmaritec. She is slightly smaller than the first boat to comply with the requirements of the mothership but is again intended for us as a as a tender for an FPSO in an oil field in west Africa and she is fitted out for line and hose hauling duties as well as personnel transfer. She is designed to be launched and recovered using the ship’s crane and she she has a bollard pull of 2.75 tonnes and a speed of over 15 knots. She is fitted with a 2 tonne hydraulic capstan with a stern towing arrangement as well as a dive platform aft with a removable dive ladder. She has a bow transfer platform and folding seating for up to 12 passengers in conjunction with a spacious working deck protected by a removable bimini cover. She sits on a cradle on the FPSO and she provides a very valuable addition to the vessel.

She has a bollard pull of over 3 tonnes and a shapr turn of speed of over 18 knots. She is fitted with a 1 tonne 24 volt capstan with a stern towing arrangement as well as a dive platform aft with a removable dive ladder. She has a bow transfer platform and seating for up to 12 passengers in conjunction with a spacious working deck. She sits on a cradle on the FPSO and she provides a very valuable addition to the vessel.

This is the first of the new larger Wave Handler design from Alnmaritec. At just over 12m she is 2m longer than the previous Wave Handler boats and with 1000bhp of installed power she packs a powerful punch indeed. She is fitted with Twin ‘Trakor Jets’ from North American Marine Jets designed specifically to give her an exceptionally high bollard pull for line handling work whilst retaining all the advantages of a water jet propulsion package on the boat. She has a 2 tonne hydraulic capstan and a 5 tonne tow post with quick release hook on the spacious aft working deck and she has a bow landing platform for personnel transfer. She has a spacious air conditioned wheelhouse with seating for up to six passengers and two crew as well as a WC and she is fitted with a water drench deluge system for rescue work. She will serve in Line Handling duties at a bulk carrier terminal in Western Australia where she joins a sister vessel from Alnmaritec already successfully operating in the region.

1 x 4 bladed propeller - This versatile Dive Support boat is one of the highly successful Alnmaritec Wave Wanderer class. She is designed for dive support and general harbour patrol duties at Novorossiysk in the Black Sea and she provides a rugged, stable and seaworthy platform for these roles. She is fitted with a Yanmar 240bhp inboard diesel driving a fixed pitch propeller through a ZF V-drive gearbox which give her a handy turn of speed up to 20 knots. Her large working deck is designed to accept a Scuba Replacement pack and she has a dedicated diver access station on the starboard side with a dive ladder, removable gates and a diver recovery davit. She can operate with up to four divers and two crew and she has a compact (heated!) wheelhouse with fixed crew seats and folding passenger seats and the standard array of navigation and communications equipment.

She is fitted with twin Cummins QSB 480 bhp engines and twin Ultrajet 305 waterjets which give her a top speed of 38 knots. She has comfortable air conditioned accommodation for up to 6 persons as well as a small WC and day berth along with a galley. She can be fitted with a range of equipment including water canon, fire deluge system, sirens and high power acoustic devices and can if required be fitted with ballistic armour protection. She has a small generator and a comprehensive electronics package and she is ideal for her role in the busy terminal.

2 x 500mm diameter propellers - The ‘Responder 1’ is based upon the Alnmaritec Wave Worker class but is a unique design variant that was developed for use by the Barbados National Terminals Company Limited at their Oistins Bay oil loading facility. The vessel is fitted with a large hydraulic boom reel and a stern roller for her primary role in deployment of an oil containment boom around the loading tankers to contain any spills and she carries dispersant spray arms which can be used for pollution control around the harbour. She has a large hydraulic knuckle boom crane that serves a large working deck with a removable bow bulwark which makes her capable of buoy maintenance and she has a dive ladder and side access facility for diver support. She has a comfortable air conditioned wheelhouse with seating for four and a small WC and she provides a very stable and versatile platform for a variety of harbour duties in addition to her pollution control tasks.

- The ‘Clan Albain’ is a unique design of inshore ferry built for services across a short sea passage on Little Loch Broom to the isolated community of Scoraig on the west coast of Scotland. She is operated by Scoraig sea taxis and is designed for carrying up to twelve persons, she also has disabled access and a securing position for wheelchair passengers. She can carry a wide range of payloads and she is fitted with high density polyethylene skids to allow her to be launched and recovered upon a shingle beach. She is certainly a ‘one off’ boat which has been developed for her specialised task in close co-operation with the operators.

She is a fast landing craft style vessel designed to be capable of beaching and disembarking an all terrain vehicle and oil spill recovery equipment onto remote beach locations for her pollution control role as well as providing a fast and sea worthy platform for her harbour patrol duties. She is fitted with twin Cummins QSL 9 405 bhp engines driving Ultrajet 305 waterjets fitted with the Jetmaster joystick control system. Her upper wheelhouse provides comfortable accommodation for the patrol crew and her lower wheelhouse is designed to provide a working environment for the pollution control work. Her large well deck is capable of taking a variety of payloads and is serviced by a bow ramp with SWL of 1.5 tonne. She is fitted with a small generator, a WC, galley, a comprehensive electronics package and air conditioning system making her a very capable all round performer.

She is designed as a multi-purpose vessel and her roles may include crew and cargo ferry work, diver & ROV support, line handling, survey or pollution control. She is fitted with twin Cummins 355 bhp engines and Hamilton 292 waterjets giving her a top speed of 22 knots and a bollard pull of around 2 tonnes. She has a comfortable air conditioned wheel house and internally she has seating for six passengers and three crew members. She has a large working deck served by a 2.3 tonne metre hydraulic knuckle boom crane and a 2 tonne hydraulic capstan and she has a central tow post as well as an aft dive platform with dive ladder. She is fitted with a 10 KVA generator and a 240 volt deck wash / fire fighting system and the whole package makes her a real work horse well suited for her varied duties.

- This larger version of the popular Wave Scamp class is designed to serve as a tender for a tanker operating in the Caribbean. She sits in a cradle on the deck of the mother ship and is lifted on and off by derrick to ferry supplies and crew to and from the vessel whilst she is at anchor. The boat has been lengthened and the bow has been raised to increase her carrying capacity and to improve her sea keeping abilities. She is fitted with a central steering console and four passenger seats and she has a very large working deck for cargo. She has a large diameter foam cored and rubber coated fender system to protect her but she is very robustly built to withstand the rigours of being lifted on and off the tanker and run ashore. She has a self draining deck and her hull form offers superb handling with a very stable ride making her ideally suited for a wide range of operations.
