Workforce
The expertise of the workforce at Alnmaritec has long been recognised as the key ingredient to the company’s success.
This workforce of around 200 skilled tradesmen take pride in having built over 150 boats for customers all over the world, with many of them operating in some of the most demanding locations and harshest environments. The success of our boats under these circumstances and the fact that our customers, many of whom are ‘Blue Chip Companies’ at the top of their industry, come back time and time again is testament to the quality of the design and workmanship that goes into them.
There is no substitute for experience and the core of our workforce has been with the company since it started building boats over 25 years ago. The company is equally aware, however, of the need to constantly refresh and upgrade workforce skills and to this end it is developing a comprehensive training programme to ensure that employees individually and the company as a whole remain at the pinnacle of the profession.
