Quality is a watchword at Alnmaritec where we take an uncompromising approach to ensure that we provide our customers with a product that performs reliably and effectively and one which meets or hopefully exceeds their expectations.

At Alnmaritec we know that operators rely upon our boats to perform critical tasks, in harsh environments and that consequently our customers rely upon on us to deliver a high quality product. This is a commitment which we take very seriously and to ensure that the company meets the highest standards that are expected of it, we have in place a comprehensive quality management system that is accredited to the ISO 9001:2000 standard by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).

QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of Alnmaritec in designing and manufacturing its products to achieve a quality that will meet and exceed customer expectations each and every time.

Our aim is to provide customer satisfaction above and beyond that of our competitors. This we intend to achieve through:

  • Designing products to exceed customer performance requirements.
  • Building products to perform reliably and effectively in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Meeting or improving on customers planned time schedules.
  • Completing projects on or below budget to meet customers cost expectations.

In support of this objective Alnmaritec will continuously strive to improve its performance with regard to Quality of design and build, Cost and Delivery.

The aims and objectives of this policy will be made known to all employees and to all suppliers to the company. As a result the company will aim for continual improvement through the following:

  • Ensuring that all company employees have a commitment to quality and a responsibility to perform to the standards required.
  • Investing in regular training to continually develop employee skills.
  • Developing best working practices and improving equipment and infrastructure to achieve this wherever possible.
  • Regular consultation with employees and active encouragement of suggestions to improve quality standards.
  • Development of a proactive customer/supplier relationship to continually work with suppliers in looking for improvements in quality.

To ensure that this Quality Policy is fully implemented the company’s Quality System is structured to comply with the requirements of the International Standard BS EN ISO 9001 2008 and is audited by LRQA.

This policy and the associated systems, procedures and work instructions will be reviewed annually.
